US Army Utility Helicopter Program Chooses TopVue’s systems for streamlining contract deliverables and configuration management

CLEARFIELD, Utah - January 15, 2008 - TopVue Defense, Inc., (TopVue), the leading small business provider of Contract execution and Configuration data management solutions announced today that Utility Helicopter Project Management Office, Blackhawk® Program, Army Program Executive Office - Aviation in Huntsville, AL purchased TopVue’s CDRLvue system.

TopVue’s CDRLvue, Riskvue and CMvue modules will help support process improvements within the Utility Helicopter Project Management Office (PMO) Blackhawk® Program. Many of the Army's War on Terror logistical transport tasks are accomplished with the Blackhawk®. The Army has approved the acquisition of an all-new UH/HH-60M helicopter fleet. TopVue’s modules, used as an integrated data environment (IDE) for a Program Management Office (PMO), provide a centralized yet scalable environment for programmatic information immediacy. The CDRLvue system will be used to consolidate the thousands of contract data requirements lists (CDRLs) and provide a single framework for process improvements in vendor performance monitoring, contractual data requirements generation, deliverable scheduling, and vendor submittal processing. The system will also be used for engineering change proposal processing and configuration control boards.
