Raytheon Chooses TopVue’s CMvue for NPOESS Program Support

CLEARFIELD, Utah - July 12, 2006 - TopVue Defense, Inc., (TopVue), the leading small business provider of Contract execution and Configuration data management solutions announced today that their CMvue product has been purchased by Raytheon Intelligence and Information Systems, NPOESS program.

The National Polar-orbiting Operational Environmental Satellite System (NPOESS) is a satellite system used to monitor global environmental conditions, and collect and disseminate data related to: weather, atmosphere, oceans, land and near-space environment. NPOESS merges the nation's current civilian and military weather polar-orbiting satellite programs into a single, national program, providing increased capability at a reduced overall cost to the nation. The system will provide timely and accurate weather and environmental data to weather forecasters, military commanders, civilian leaders and the scientific community.

The program is managed by the tri-agency Integrated Program Office (IPO) utilizing personnel from the Department of Commerce, Department of Defense and NASA.

Raytheon Intelligence and Information Systems provides the full NPOESS ground capability, from design and development through operations and sustainment. TopVue’s CMvue is used by Raytheon to manage the configuration management data for Raytheon’s contract responsibilities.
