Site License of CDRLvue, CMvue Purchased by SMC HQ as Common Process Tool for Acquisition Center

CLEARFIELD, Utah - June 30, 2006 - TopVue Defense, Inc., (TopVue), the leading small business provider of contract and CDRL data management solutions announced today that a site license for their CDRLvue and CMvue products have been purchased by the Space & Missile Systems Center at LA AFB in Los Angeles.

Located at Los Angeles AFB, the Space & Missile Systems Center (SMC) is the technical center of excellence for researching, developing and acquiring military space systems. It is recognized as the DoD acquisition center of excellence for the entire military space enterprise.

SMC chose TopVue's CDRLvue and CMvue modules to support its 'horizontal' process integration initiatives to address common processes across all SMC organizations. CDRLvue will support contractual data management processes relating to the identification and management of contractual data (CDRL) requirements, related delivery schedules, and contractor CDRL delivery status accounting. CMvue will support space system configuration identification, change control, audit and status accounting processes. TopVue's tools will be used across more than 15 different directorates at SMC HQ.
