Press Release
Clearfield, UT - 1 June 2005 - TopVue Defense, Inc., a leading provider of off-the-shelf software and services to the Department of Defense announced today it released a data migration toolset that supports data compatibility with a USMC SOW data system.
As CDRLvue is used by the US Air Force, US Army and US Navy, (Navy FAM approved in 2004 and runs in NMCI), TopVue has invested to ensure U.S. Marine Corps SOW and CDRL creation process compatibility with those programs that use the USMC government-owned legacy system, named SCATT. CDRLvue will seamlessly import data from the SCATT system to support the lifecycle of contractual requirements for USMC programs.
TopVue's contract data requirements and execution system, CDRLvue, manages the contractual lifecycle of a program's contractual data requirements. TopVue's CDRLvue can create and manage a contract's data requirements from an RFP package and maintain a historical record of each contractual requirement as it progresses throughout the life cycle of the contract. CDRLvue is the only commercial off the shelf tool of its kind, as it is delivered with an integrated data model to support programmatic processes of Risk Management, Configuration Management, Project Management, Milestones, Systems Engineering, ILS, Depot Planning, and integrated Balanced Scorecard measures. Other included features are Document Management, Action Item tracking, Meeting Management, Calendar Management, graphical Workflow and Process Management.
"TopVue is dedicated to support the DoD common process of contract execution governance, as it is critical to Acquisition Reform and Logistics Transformation objectives, " stated Bill Farr, CEO of TopVue Defense, Inc. "USMC programmatic support is a key part of our overall DoD support strategy, and the SCATT interface will lower overall costs of contract data management for certain USMC programs."
CDRLvue is developed using leading industry technologies such as XML, .NET, Oracle, and SQL Server. CDRLvue is tailorable to meet an organization's specific requirements, and it integrates with other TopVue solutions such as contract data management, configuration management, risk management, and program management.
