Press Release
Clearfield, UT - 30 September 2005 - TopVue Defense, Inc. today announced the receipt of a contract with Shoshone Bannock Indian Tribe Finance and Contracts Department to implement the CDRLvue system to help manage Tribal contract compliance data and processes.
The Shoshone Bannock Reservation in Ft. Hall, Idaho regularly receives grants and contracts from various institutions to assist in managing Indian assets. At any given time the contract department could be managing over 100 separate contractual engagements whereby contract execution monitoring is essential for compliance. TopVue's CDRLvue will be used to manage such contract execution challenges for the Tribe.
"The Shoshone Bannock tribe's decision to go with TopVue really shows the flexibility of our CDRLvue (contract data requirements management) system," said Bill Farr CEO of TopVue Defense. "Contractual data management is key to managing critical revenue and grants for the Tribe, and we are humbled by their trust in our technology and process approach."
TopVue's CDRLvue manages the contractual lifecycle of a program's contractual data requirements. The system can create and manage a contract's data requirements from an RFP package and maintain a historical record of each contractual requirement as it progresses throughout the life cycle of the contract. CDRLvue is the only commercial off the shelf tool of its kind, as it is delivered with an integrated data model to support other Indian Tribe critical processes including water and land asset management.
