Press Release
CLEARFIELD, Utah – 15 October 11 - TopVue Defense, Inc., (TopVue), a small business and a leading provider of program execution solutions announced today that the Army’s Fixed Wing program office selected TopVue Defense, Inc. to provide an integrated weapon system lifecycle management solution with TopVue commercial off the shelf (COTS) modules.
The U.S. Army Fixed Wing (FW) program office manages the acquisition, fielding, sustainment, and retirement of Army fixed wing platforms, and performs equipment modernization through centralized life-cycle management. Among the thousands of aircraft to manage, 190 C12/RC12/UC35 aircraft are maintained on a Life Cycle Contractor Logistics Support (LCCS) sustainment program.
The combination of acquisition and sustainment activity in the program office drives the need for integrated data systems with a ‘lifecycle’ view. TopVue software addresses this need off the shelf and was selected from a list of candidate systems.
“We are honored to support the FW mission. Our prior experience supporting USAF F-16, A-10, and other fixed wing programs was readily translated to the Army requirement for an integrated data environment combining acquisition and sustainment data needs for the PM,” stated Bill Farr, CEO of TopVue Defense, Inc.
