Press Release
Clearfield, UT - 29 May 2010 - TopVue Defense, Inc., a small business leading provider of program execution solutions announced today the receipt of a contract to support the Technology Applications Program Office (TAPO) at Ft. Eustis, VA with the CDRLvue system.
TAPO supports activities to integrate special operations forces (SOF)-unique mission equipment packages onto proven Army platforms. TAPO will use TopVue's CDRLvue system in support of MH-47 Special Operations Aircraft (SOA) contract and data management processes. The MH-47 is the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment long-distance, heavy-lift helicopter, which is equipped with aerial refueling capability, a fast-rope rappelling system and other upgrades or operations-specific equipment.
The versions of the CH-47 in the Army inventory include the CH-47D, the CH47-F, the MH-47D, and the MH-47E. The Army Cargo Helicopter Program Management Office (PMO) manages the CH-47 versions. The Cargo PMO had already successfully implemented TopVue's CDRLvue system, which resulted in large cost avoidance for the program. TAPO plans to the same on their programs with the use of CDRLvue.
TopVue's CDRLvue system manages a program's lifecycle contract data requirements management processes resulting in reduced costs and improved management visibility of contractor deliverables.
