Press Release
CLEARFIELD, Utah - May 24, 2010 - TopVue Defense, Inc., (TopVue), a US small business and leading provider of program execution solutions announced today that the large defense contractor, Lockheed Martin Corporation, implemented the CDRLvue system into production for work product scheduling and tracking in a high volume programmatic environment. CDRLvue helps the organization identify, schedule, review, submit and disposition contractual work products delivered to the government (CDRLs), as well as those related to sub contractor data deliverables (SDRLs).
The Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Company is one of Lockheed Martin's operating units, which encompasses tactical aircraft, airlift, and aeronautical research and development lines of business. Lockheed Martin Aeronautics purchased the TopVue CDRLvue system as part of an initiative to optimize their work product scheduling processes. A major part of the project was to migrate critical military aircraft programs to CDRLvue, including F-22, F-35, C-5, ADP and others.
These major programs now are scheduling and tracking their contractual work products (CDRLs) as well as those of their sub contractors (SDRLs) in TopVue's CDRLvue off the shelf system. Thousands of CDRLs and SDRLs and hundreds of thousands of contractual deliverable submittals are tracked in TopVue. Migrating to the TopVue system from their legacy mainframe system has resulted in hundreds of thousands of dollars of cost avoidance for the company.
"The Lockheed Martin Aeronautics implementation proves out TopVue's scalability for large volume CDRL transaction environments," stated Bill Farr CEO of TopVue Defense, Inc.
