Clearfield, UT - 18 October 2005 - TopVue Defense, Inc. announced today that the founder of TopVue received a patent-pending serial number from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (PTO) for a ground breaking invention for software development.
TopVue CEO and Founder, Bill Farr, along with associate co-founder Scot Penrod recently applied for and received a patent pending notice from the PTO for an innovative new technology that allows for the dynamic generation of form pages for accessing a database.
"We have been working for years on refining our unique process and approaches for decreasing web software application development timeframes and costs while increasing the quality, " said Bill Farr, CEO and Founder of TopVue Defense. "This patentable framework allows us to keep our costs down while increasing the volume of feature development. The end result is more value for the end user."
The patent pending holders believe the new technology can change the way custom web development is done, and ultimately can provide a development framework that can beat the prices of off-shore development teams by personnel employed in the US.
