Press Release
Clearfield, UT - February 2005 - TopVue Defense, Inc., a leading provider of off-the-shelf software and services to the Department of Defense announced today it received a contract from the MILSATCOM Joint Program Office for their CDRLvue and CMvue software products.
The MJPO is headquartered at SMC, LAAFB with operating locations in Washington DC, Hanscom AFB, and Colorado Springs. With a portfolio of over $40B, the MJPO is the largest space program office in the Department of Defense. The MJPO is the DoD's primary acquirer of satellite communications systems to satisfy warfighter requirements. Their primary mission is to equip the President, Secretary of Defense and combat forces of all Services with survivable, worldwide, rapid communications for all levels of conflict.
TopVue's contract data requirements and execution system, CDRLvue and CMvue, will help manage contractual requirements and MJPO system configurations for such programs as Defense Satellite Communications System (DSCS), Military Strategic and Tactical Relay Satellite (Milstar), Wideband Gapfiller Satellites (WGS), Advanced EHF (AEHF), Interim Polar, Global Broadcast Service (GBS), Command and Control System-Consolidated (CCS-C), Ground Multiband Terminal (GMT), Family of Advanced Beyond-Line-of-Sight Terminals (FAB-T), and others.
"TopVue's technology is more robust, more user friendly, and more automated than other tools we have seen. TopVue was designed with the government acquisition in mind," stated Ratna Ramirez, MJPO CM Chief. "If you are just starting up a new project, this tool would be perfect....it can create all your data requirements (1423s) for the RFP package and maintain a record (history) of each contractual requirement as it progresses throughout the life cycle of the contract."
"We are proud to support the MJPO and its mission critical strategy. The MJPO had the most stringent requirements to satisfy than our other customers," stated Bill Farr, CEO of TopVue Defense, Inc. "Their decision to go with TopVue is an affirmation of our technology and product strategy for mission critical organizations."
