Intercontinental Ballistic Systems (ICBM) Wing at Hill AFB Implements TopVue's CDRLvue system to Manage Contractual Deliverables

Clearfield, UT - 30 July 2005 - TopVue Defense, Inc. today announced the successful implementation of their CDRLvue product within the ICBM System Program Office.

An intercontinental ballistic missile, or ICBM, is a very-long-range ballistic missile used to deliver one or more nuclear warheads as part of the U.S. strategic nuclear deterrent. These missiles use a ballistic trajectory involving a significant ascent and descent, including sub-orbital flight. The ICBM System Program Office (SPO) develops, acquires, and supports silo-based Intercontinental Ballistic Missiles for the DoD and provides program direction and logistics support as the single face to the customer. The SPO is responsible for acquisition, systems engineering and depot repair support; manages equipment spares; provides storage and transportation; and, accomplishes modifications and equipment replacement to maintain silo-based ICBM systems.

TopVue's technology has been at the heart of the program's engineering and configuration baseline and data management processes. The addition of the CDRLvue product will allow the individual ICBM acquisition and sustainment programs to manage all ICBM contractual data requirements and related configuration management processes.

"Our long term relationship with the ICBM team is greatly valued by our company," said Bill Farr CEO of TopVue Defense, Inc. "Their use of our technology at the core of the contractual data management processes is a great accomplishment."

TopVue's CDRLvue manages the contractual lifecycle of a program's contractual data requirements. The system can create and manage a contract's data requirements from an RFP package and maintain a historical record of each contractual requirement as it progresses throughout the life cycle of the contract. CDRLvue is the only commercial off the shelf tool of its kind, as it is delivered with an integrated data model to support technical and programmatic processes of Risk Management, Configuration Management, Project Management, Milestones, Systems Engineering, ILS, and integrated Balanced Scorecard measures. Other included features are Document Management, Action Item tracking, Meeting Management, Calendar Management, graphical Workflow and Process Management.
