TopVue Receives 'Excellent' Financial Rating from Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) Analysis

CLEARFIELD, Utah - June 25, 2004 - TopVue, a leading small business provider of DoD focused information technology solutions, today announced the recognition from a government agency as having an 'excellent' current financial condition. After a financial analysis of TopVue performed by DCMA, TopVue ranked in the upper echelon of their industry.

Some of the findings included the following: TopVue has sufficient working capital to meet current contract backlog. The firm carries a positive balance of accounts receivable to accounts payable and manages their credit adequately. Liquidity and leverage ratios of TopVue place them in the upper third of their industry. TopVue is profitable and is considered a low risk from a financial perspective.
