TopVue's Chief Executive Officer Appointed to Technical College Board of Directors

Clearfield, UT - 15 August 2005 - TopVue Defense, Inc. today announced the appointment of TopVue's CEO, Bill Farr, to the Board of Directors for the Davis Applied Technology College (DATC) in Utah.

The Davis Applied Technology College is an accredited public applied technology college with open-entry/open exit enrollment and hands-on, self-paced training designed to lead to employment. Services include assessment, counseling, career guidance, and job placement.

Eleven community leaders from local Davis and Morgan counties in Utah constitute the College Campus Board of Directors. Along with other academia members, six members represent the business community and are nominated by business groups from within the region. Members of the College Campus Board are appointed by and operate under the jurisdiction of the Utah College of Applied Technology Board of Trustees and coordinate activities with the Utah State Board of Regents. On the Board of Directors TopVue's CEO will represent the software and information technology business community.
